The unique front yard Titanic is tribute to the houses former owner and Titanic survivor, Anna Salkjelsvik. The house's current owner, Jason Seguin, spent hundreds of hours creating the replica to honor the memory of Salkjelsvik. The model weighs about 400 pounds and is nearly seven feet tall.
