Pierre the Voyager

In front of Voyageur Motel in Harbors, Minnesota stands Pierre (the Pants-less) Voyageur. Pierre stands 20 feet tall. His eyes are but slits and he wears a slight grin but no pants! Looks like that whoever was painting Pierre ran out of paint so left the space between Pierre's short jacket and his high boots flesh color. Other features of Pierre are his canoe and a large paddle he's holding in one hand. He also, reportedly, talks.
