Description:
The Hubbell House in Mantorville, Minnesota began in 1854 as a small frontier inn and grew into a prominent three story limestone stagecoach stop by 1856. It was revived in 1946 when the Pappas family transformed it into a celebrated fine dining destination that attracted both locals and visitors to the nearby Mayo Clinic. Over the decades the restaurant gained a reputation for classic Minnesota comfort fare. Popular dishes today include Hubbell’s Famous Shrimp, walleye fillets, and a lineup of signature gourmet burgers.
