Description:

This grist mill was built in the mid 1800s. Hodgson Mill used the power of Bryant Creek for over a century to grind coarse seeds and grains into fine, silky flour. Although the mill has been shuttered since 1976, Hodgson has moved its facilities to a more modern plant to bring all-natural flours to the mainstream. The mill is in the scenic Ozarks surrounded by meadows and woods with the lovely Bryant Creek flowing past.
