Moss Mansion Museum

This gorgeous red sandstone mansion was built in 1903 by the Moss family whose fortune was made in banking, lumber, publishing, and utilities. Even today it remains one of the most spectacular homes in Billings with marble fireplaces, gold-threaded walls, and features that were innovative in the early 1900s such as a vintage intercom system. It's also remarkable because only one family has had the luck to live here; the Moss family bequeathed it to Billings so that future generations could see how the wealthy lived at the turn of the 20th century.
