Pictograph Cave is a 23-acre park and one of three caves - the other two being Middle and Ghost Caves. The Pictograph Cave was the site of some of the first excavations in Montana where archaeologists found 30,000 artifacts and 20,000 animal remains. The pictographs are visible to visitors and while they've been dated to be 200 to 2,100 years old, the meaning behind them still remain a mystery.
