Jim Reinders is an experimental artist who visited Stonehenge in England. He fell so much into love for Stonehenge that he decided to recreate it back in the States. The results were an altogether different take - Carhenge - a Stonehenge recreated from cars. With the aid of some family members, Reinders used 38 different vehicles mirroring the position of the rocks at Stonehenge. The vehicles include some cars, a pickup truck, and an ambulance - with a 1962 Cadillac used as the "heel stone." Carhenge proportionately and accurately depicts the actual structure. Impressive!
