This spinning statue is a 20-foot-tall Giant Yellow man dressed in a rain slicker with a big grin on his face. You can see him at Russell Speeder's Car Wash in Omaha Nebraska. The yellow man stands at the entrance to the car wash behind the building. There are also some animatronic yellow mannequins throughout the car wash to make you feel a bit uneasy. Incidentally, the statue was fashioned after the cartoon mascot of the Russell Speeder's car wash chain. You can identify the mascot by his yellow rain slicker and matching yellow hair as he waves a cheery greeting.
