Description:

A remarkably well-preserved red gas pump at this crumbling fuel stop shows the price that a gallon of gasoline went for at that time. Seventy-four cents per gallon meant that you could fill up your car for less than $15, enough to take you through a large portion of the Nevada desert. An old ice machine and lots of tumbleweeds keep the gas pump company. A must-see for those on a mission to find vintage pumps at closed gas stations.
