The Berlin-Ichthyosaur State Park is a unique and fascinating park located in Austin, NV. The park covers an area of about 1,540 acres and is known for its abundant fossil deposits and historic mining sites. One of the main attractions of the park is the Ichthyosaur Fossil House which is home to the world's largest known ichthyosaur fossil. Ichthyosaurs were marine reptiles that lived in the ocean during the time of the dinosaurs. The fossil at the park is over 50 feet long and is estimated to be over 225 million years old.
