Description:

In the midst of a barren and rugged landscape is a lone cylindrical stone water tower. It was built in 1935 by the Civilian Conservation Corps along with picnicking facilities. The tower is now defunct, but it makes a nice addition to photos of the amazing slot canyon. You can park at the Nevada State Park Visitor Center; the fee is $5 per vehicle. The park is open 24/7.
