This giant pulpit overlooking Lake Tahoe was once sacred ground for the Washoe tribe. It's a an easy hike, starting from the residential area to the top to see panoramic views of the lake. You can bring your dogs, too! The best time to go is at sunset. (Submitted by Brittany Monson)
