Description:
"Scale X" is a sculpture created by artists Claes Oldenburg and Coosje van Bruggen, known for their large-scale interpretations of everyday objects. This particular sculpture is a giant version of a vintage circular typewriter eraser, standing at 19' 4" tall. The sculpture is located on the pedestrian promenade above Aria Place in Las Vegas surrounded by tall hotels, casinos, and other businesses. Although it's not visible from Las Vegas Avenue, visitors can walk up to the sculpture and enjoy it for a few moments.
