The Space Whale

This iridescent sculpture of two humpback whales is best viewed at night when they appear to be frolicking in the dark sky. Over 90,000 pieces of individual glass were put together to create two life-sized cetaceans. They are fully interactive, singing whale songs and lighting up in the darkness of the night. A public artwork, the Space Whale is viewable any time of the day.
