H.H. Holmes Birthplace

We remain morbidly fascinated with serial killers even as we simultaneously loathe them. HH Holmes is probably one of the most vile - he is said to have murdered almost 200 people. This simple white house is where HH Holmes was born (or spawned) as Herman Webster Mudgett. Across the street is Gilmanton Academy where Holmes attended school in his childhood and teen years.
