It's called a ghost town but don't let that fool you. One of New Hampshire's first European settlements, Monson is now a pretty park with hiking trails and woods that are emerald green in the summer. One of the buildings, the Gould House, is fully restored and is now a museum. Monson Ghost Town has been "certified" as haunted but the serene beauty dispels any misgivings when you're here!
