Polar Caves Park

Formed from glaciers these granite boulder caves have been here for about 50,000 years. The park has other attractions besides the caves - boardwalks, boulder gardens, and a little zoo make this a fun experience for people of all ages. There is rock climbing for all skill levels and a mining game for children too. Although the caves are only open during the warmer months, the caves are quite frigid - ice remains in the cave well into the summer.
