Description:
This park area is named for the local legend that says Satan cooked a pot of beans here. The upper falls has a natural pit in the ground which has been dubbed "The Devil's Bean Pot" and another shallower impression called "The Devil's Footprint." The area was also a tourist attraction during the Great Depression and apparently the ruins of old hotels can still be seen in the upper falls.
