Built in 1756, Nassau Hall is the oldest structure at Princeton University - when the university was known as the College of New Jersey. It has a long past, seeing conflicts from different eras in American history. Once occupied by British Forces, the hall was where they ultimately surrendered the General Washington. This grand old building has also served as the nation's capitol.
