Red Mill Museum Village

Saves: 28
Check-ins: 6
This bright red grist mill operated for over a century - from 1810 to 1928 to be exact - but was plagued with failures. The mill was originally built to process raw wool and different owners tried to make it through those hundred years by trying their hand at feed, flour, graphite, talc, and even electricity. Today, the mill has exhibits on the 1st, 2nd, and 4th floors which showcase its long history that was fraught with difficulties. Hours are from 12 to 6 on Saturdays and Sundays and admission costs $10 per adult.
