The Amityville Horror House

The house at 18 Brooks Road in Toms River, NJ was used for the film "The Amityville Horror" in the late 1970s and in the film's sequels in the 1980s. This house stood in for the actual Long Island haunted house. The house was built to make it look like the Amityville house. This Amityville Horror house was on the market in 2011 for $1.35 million.
