This 33,677-acre National Monument in New Mexico preserves the territory and homes of the Southwestern Ancestral Puebloans. Many of the structures date from 1150 to 1600 AD. The monument is 50 square miles of the Pajarito Plateau and over 70% of the monument is wilderness and hiking trails.
