Combine "Gallup" and "giant metal loop" and you're left with the word "Galoop." This tourist attraction actually looks like it should be part of some giant Hot Wheels race track, but hey, it's art! There's no sign revealing its origin and even the Gallup Chamber of Commerce can supply only a name.
