Located in the Chinatown neighborhood of Manhattan, this historic home was purchased by the wealthy butcher of the same name. He took advantage of an auction that was held for the land and property after it was confiscated from a British Loyalist. Since the Revolution days, the building has had a variety of tenants from different walks of life. It has been a store, a brothel, restaurant, and billiards parlor. According to records, it was last sold in 2013 for over $5 million.
