The large roll of Pep-O-Mint lifesavers in Gouverneur, New York is elevated on two posts and erected in 1987 by the local Rotary Club. The lifesavers, open on one end, are there to remind us that the Lifesavers Company was founded in Gouverneur by local, Edward John Noble.
