I Am Legend - Dr Neville’s Apartment

The apartment from the film "I Am Legend" is located at 11 Washington Square Park North, Manhattan. New York City's elite established Washington Square as the address of choice in the 1840s. These Greek Revival town houses on either side of 5th avenue presented "the unified and dignified appearance of privilege" when society moved north from the center of NYC after the Civil War. Today, most of those buildings belong to New York University's campus facilities.
