Infamous Scary Lucy Statue

This scary and often perceived as downright horrible statue of Lucille Ball was located in her hometown of Celeron, New York in 2009. This bronze, grimacing life-size statue of the comedian looked so unlike the beloved that it earned the nickname "Scary Lucy." Since then a more befitting image of Lucy has been sculpted and replaced the Scary Lucy statue. But Scary Lucy is not altogether gone. She's such a tourist attraction that she has been moved 75 yards down a walkway from the New Lucy, so everyone can see both celebrities!
