Description:
Built circa 1750 this mill was used in the 1800s to press and ferment Catawba grapes. As a working mill farmers in the 20th century used it to grind their corn and wheat. Today, it is still in working condition; tours are given on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 PM to 4:30 with a miller to demonstrate the grinding process. Admission is $2 for adults and $1 for children.
