Untermyer Park and Gardens

All 43 acres are open and free to the public. They're also filled from corner to corner with gorgeous landscaping, elegant sculptures, and peaceful canals. It's obvious why the gardens took more than two decades to build - from 1916 to 1940. The resulting gardens, a blend of ancient Greek and Persian influences, are well worth the time spent.
