Fort Macon

Saves: 21
Check-ins: 6
Wonderfully preserved, Fort Macon is a history lesson in a park. The brick fort along with its armaments are located next to the Atlantic Ocean. It was instrumental in protecting the harbor during the Civil War but it was also in use during WWII to look for submarines.
