Goofy King Neptune Statue

The Morehead City Neptune is sticking out of the dock from the torso up with the tip of his mer-man tail breaking through a few feet away. He is pretty goofy mostly because the tail doesn't seem to be to scale with the rest of his massive body. Of course, it could also be the not-so-great sculpt-and-paint job. In any case, he's not on the scale of his more sophisticated brethren in Italy but he is a beloved fixture here all the same.
