Description:

This theme park, nestled against the backdrop of the Appalachians, ran for a short decade from 1970 to 1980. Afterwards it became an abandoned lot picked over by urban explorers. Now, with the resurgence of fantasy themes in our culture, the park has slowly come back to life with monthly events. One of the year's highlights is the Annual Autumn at Oz where visitors can take a skip down the Yellow Brick Road.
