Tanbark Ridge Overlook

Offering a 360-degree view of the valley below and Swan Mountain behind, this overlook is a favorite during the day or night. Daytime reveals the glorious mountains and topography of North Carolina but nighttime unveils the stars. Located north of Asheville and well away from city lights, its the perfect spot to spend a dark night especially during the full moon phase.
