Description:
Peacock Alley opened in 1933 inside the historic Patterson Hotel, which first welcomed guests in 1911 and once stood as the tallest building in Bismarck. Over the years it became a celebrated gathering place for locals, travelers, and notable figures while maintaining its reputation as North Dakota’s oldest restaurant and bar. Today it is known for its high quality steaks, hearty burgers, and standout entrées like bourbon glazed salmon, sautéed shrimp, and chicken marsala, along with popular desserts such as Snicker Pie and rich chocolate cakes.
