Inscription Rock

This large limestone slab that looks somewhat like a large table is known for the carvings first made by Native Americans well before the arrival of European settlers. The petroglyphs are thought to have been created between 1200 and 1600. It is protected by a cover, but is accessible year-round to visitors. (Submitted by Ashlee Dustman)
