World's Tallest Our Lady of Guadalupe

Many large roadside replicas are a bit tacky looking but the 33-foot Our Lady of Guadalupe cuts a stately, elegant figure on Ireland Road. Every year the Servants of Mary Center for Peace hold a Mexican dinner on December 12 in honor of her feast day. Her "radiance" is actually a huge metal coil so if you get caught in a lightning storm you may want to stay clear. (Photo by Michael Krek)
