Description:
Known as "Howdy Tire Man" this rubber monstrosity was sculpted from reclaimed tires. Tractors, passenger vehicles, and trucks donated their worn-out tires to the cause. This one is about 15 feet high and greets everyone with a huge "Howdy" sign. You might find other giant tire people hanging around Roosevelt so let us know if you spot them!
