Spirit of the West by Bill Cothran

In front of the Beckham County Courthouse is a large fiberglass sculpture of a dapper bison wearing a blue uniform called "Spirit of the West Buffalo." It was created in 2007 by Bill Cothran and a good photo opp. (Submitted by Rick Boales)
