Dee Wright Observatory

It looks more like a forlorn castle than an observatory but the views are spectacular. This roomy lookout tower features wide panoramic windows that offer views of the surrounding peaks. Each peak has a name which is labeled below the respective window. The observatory was finished in 1935 and is named after a worker who died during the last days of its construction.
