About 10 miles east of the Interstate 5 is an aviation museum, home to civilian and military aircraft. Recently, an IMAX theater and an space technology exhibit opened, also. One of the most famous displays is the Hughes "Spruce Goose," which is actually made of birch. After visiting the museum portion, take your kids to see a movie - or let them douse themselves at the indoor waterpark!
