Description:
Guerrilla Development's 55,000 square-foot building is split in two with a multi-level skybridge connecting the halves. The exterior is painted with vibrant shapes and colors making it stand out amongst its plainer neighbors. Dan Cohen in 2017 painted the outlandish-but-charming building mural from a design provided by L.A.-based artist, James Jean.
