You may think the steepest street in the U.S. could be found in San Francisco but a suburban district in Pittsburgh can claim that honor. This isn't a street that cyclists shy away from either; it is one of the 13 streets included in the annual Dirty Dozen bike race. Fortunately this sharp incline only lasts for one-tenth of a mile.
