Description:

This concrete apartment complex was built in the early 1900s for local coal miners. Although it was supposedly a modern structure, it was plagued with problems from the very beginning. The owners refused to put in a proper sewage system so the backup from the concrete made the complex unsuitable for living. Just shy of a hundred years later, this is a popular spot for urban explorers and graffiti artists even though the waste of those residents from long ago probably can be found if one wants to go looking for it.
