Description:

The building has stood since the late 1800s to early 1900s when it originally operated as a restaurant and drugstore. In 1983, a fire damaged the building, leading to a remodel and the establishment of the Jamison City Hotel. The restaurant, now called "The Copper Penny," features bar tops covered in uncirculated pennies from 1983. The Boyle family has owned the business since 1999, having been involved with it since 1983 through various family members.
