Lancaster Central Market

This marketplace was born in 1730 and still incorporates much of the traditional aspects into the new and modern format. This is where you get the freshest produce, dairy, eggs, and meats - all locally sourced. There are all sorts of foodstuffs here from Eastern European to German to Middle Eastern and Mediterranean. There are also products coming from the local Amish and Pennsylvania Dutch communities. The hours are limited - Tuesdays and Fridays from 6 AM to 4 PM and Saturdays from 6 AM to 2 PM.
