Description:
"The Blob" is still a big celebrity in Phoenixville during the annual Blobfest. One of the festive Blob moments is the reenactment of the crowd of people fleeing from the Colonial movie theater. Every July, the Colonial Theater plays multiple showings of the famous 1957 movie along with appearances by the local extras who were in the movie. Sometimes even the Blob itself appears!
