Description:

Clarence G. Jackson lived in the late 1800s and lived an unexpectedly short life, dying at 38 years of age. Many of the objects and furniture inside the mansion are originals, lovingly restored. The mansion is decorated as the Jackson family had it, a very accurate representation of how the upper crust lived during the post-Civil War era. There are two guided tours at 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays from April to December. Admission is $10 per person.
