Tour-Ed Mine & Museum

This educational mine tour is 160 feet below ground and guided by veteran miners. You travel down in a coal car which may frighten small children since it's loud and travels in complete darkness! You're sure to find out a little of what it was like to be a coal miner in the 1850s. There's also an above-ground strip mine, a 1785 log house, and a Haunted Mine tour in October for Halloween.
