Zippo Case Museum

This is a different type of museum that celebrates what is known as Americana - the Zippo Lighter! The Zippo Lighter Visitors Center makes Zippo collectors happy with their displays of many favorite lighters in this well-mounted shrine. In the museum you'll discover an American flag called Old Glow'ry, constructed with near 300 red, white, and blue lighters! You'll see pop art, a junk sculpture made from many junk lighters. The exhibit designer assembled a chronology of zippo ads and promotions over the decades as well as original artwork such as the 1989 Reagan-Gorbachev summit commemorative Zippo. Ironically, no smoking is allowed in the museum.
