Bristol Oyster Bar in Bristol, Rhode Island opened in 2015 inside a historic 1857 brick building that has served as a Customs House, Post Office, and YMCA, giving the restaurant a classic New England feel. Founded by oyster farmer Peter Sebring and later taken over by longtime employee Jordan Sawyer, the restaurant focuses on fresh, locally sourced seafood.
